Booking and scheduling

Booking a shoot through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until you receive written confirmation. We shoot in daylight hours only; available days vary by country.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Let us know before the morning of the shoot if you need to reschedule. TODO: define a cancellation-fee policy, if any, for late cancellations.

Payment

TODO: define payment terms — timing, accepted methods, and currency per market.

Ownership and usage rights

Once a shoot is paid for, the client receives a licence to use the delivered tour, stills, and any other assets for marketing that property. Parallax retains ownership of the underlying raw capture and may use finished work in its own portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional rounds are billed separately — see the pricing page for what's included.

Liability

TODO: add a standard limitation-of-liability clause appropriate to Israeli and Cypriot law once reviewed.

Governing law

TODO: specify governing law and jurisdiction — likely Israel for Israel-based bookings, Cyprus for Cyprus-based bookings.
