Question 1

Is a 360° tour worth it for an ordinary apartment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — arguably more than for a luxury home. Ordinary apartments are exactly where listings blur together, and a tour makes yours the one buyers actually explore. It also pre-qualifies them: whoever books a viewing afterwards already knows the layout works for them.

Question 2

How long does the shoot take, and do I need to be there?

Accepted Answer

About an hour for a typical apartment, longer for large homes or projects — all in one visit. Someone just needs to let us in; we handle the rest.

Question 3

How should I prepare the property?

Accepted Answer

Treat it like a viewing: tidy up, lights on, blinds open, personal items put away. A 360° camera sees every corner of the room, so a quick declutter makes a big difference.

Question 4

When do I get the tour?

Accepted Answer

Within 24 hours of the shoot, every day of the week, weekends and public holidays included. You get a link to your tour plus the edited photos, ready to publish.

Question 5

Where can I share it — do buyers need an app?

Accepted Answer

No app needed. Buyers open the link on any phone, tablet or computer. Send it on WhatsApp, post it on Facebook or Instagram, embed it on your agency's website with the code we provide, and print the QR code on your sign or window display.

Question 6

What if something's wrong with the tour?

Accepted Answer

If it's on our side — a stitching error, a lighting or exposure problem, a technical fault — tell us after delivery and we'll reshoot once at no charge. It doesn't cover restyling, or a property that has changed since the shoot.

Question 7

What exactly is a 360° virtual tour?

Accepted Answer

A set of connected panoramic photos, shot from fixed points through the property, that a viewer can click and drag through — walking room to room the way they would in person, from any device.

Question 8

Can I try a tour before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the home page has a sample tour you can click and drag through. It's Matterport's public demo, not a Parallax shoot, and shows how walking through a tour feels; your 360° photo tour won't have its 3D dollhouse view.

Question 9

Is there a contract, or can I book one shoot at a time?

Accepted Answer

One shoot at a time, no retainer required.

Question 10

Is there anywhere you don't shoot?

Accepted Answer

Not really. We shoot wherever your property is. Travel is priced by distance: the calculator and the booking form show the fee as soon as you choose the country and the town, and if the place isn't on our list, or is far from our base, we confirm the travel fee in writing before the shoot.

Question 11

Which languages can hotspot text come in?

Accepted Answer

English, Hebrew or Arabic, one language per tour. The Developer package can carry the same hotspots in more than one language.

Question 12

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Let us know before the morning of the shoot and we'll find another slot — we shoot daylight hours only, so same-day changes can be tight.

Question 13

Do you offer a referral discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When someone you referred books, they tell us who referred them (in the booking form's notes or in a message). After their first shoot, we take 10% off the package price of your next booking and of theirs. There's no code to enter: the studio applies it to both bookings.

Question 14

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your booking request free of charge until we approve it — use the cancel link in your confirmation email or just message us. You don't need to give a reason. After approval, if you cancel at very short notice for a shoot where travel is already committed, we may ask you to cover reasonable costs already incurred; we tell you the amount before anything is charged.

Question 15

How can I use the tour and photos?

Accepted Answer

Once the shoot is paid for, you can use the tour, the edited photos and everything else we deliver to market that property — on your listings, portals, website and social channels. The licence itself has no time limit; hosting of the tour link is included free from delivery (12 months with Signature and Developer, 3 months with Listing) and can be extended after that for ⁨€30⁩ a year — nothing is charged unless you agree (see "What's not included" on the pricing page). The licence covers the property we shot, so the files can't be resold or used to market a different property.

Question 16

Will you show my client's property in your portfolio?

Accepted Answer

We may use the finished tour and photos in our own portfolio and marketing — never your listing text or branding. If you'd rather we didn't for a particular property, tell us in writing (an email is enough) and we won't.

Question 17

Do I pay anything when I send the request?

Accepted Answer

No. Sending a request is free, and nothing is charged when we approve your booking either: there is no deposit. You pay after your tour has been delivered. We confirm your exact price in writing when we approve the booking, and agree the payment method and currency with you then.

Question 18

Are revisions included?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every package includes one round of revisions to the delivered photos and tour hotspots. Further rounds are billed separately, and we tell you before charging for one.

Question 19

How long does my tour stay online?

Accepted Answer

Hosting is free from delivery: 12 months with Signature and Developer, 3 months with Listing. After that you can extend it for ⁨€30⁩ a year, and nothing is charged unless you agree. If hosting isn't extended, the tour link may go offline; the edited photos stay yours to use.

Question 20

Do you shoot guesthouses, zimmers and cabins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We shoot guesthouses, zimmers, cabins, holiday apartments and rental villas: the same 360° tour as for any other property, and a typical unit takes about an hour. Choose "Guesthouse / vacation rental" in the calculator to see the price.

Question 21

I have several units on one site. How does that work?

Accepted Answer

Each additional unit shot on the same visit costs 60% of the package price, for a unit of the same type and size as the first. Choose how many (up to 10) in the calculator or the booking form; each unit gets its own tour. Different sizes? Send us a message and we confirm the total and the dates in writing before anything is booked.

Question 22

When should I book before my busy season?

Accepted Answer

A few weeks ahead is comfortable: a tour is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, so it is live when guests start looking. If you are short on time, 12-hour rush delivery is available as an extra (+25% of the order). We shoot in daylight hours, so the unit should be guest-ready: beds made, lights on, outdoor areas tidy.

Question 23

Can guests see all the rooms before they book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The tour lets a guest walk from room to room on their phone with no app: the bedrooms, living area, bathrooms, entrance and the outdoor areas we shoot on the day. Send the link on WhatsApp, put it on your own website or Instagram and Facebook pages, or add a QR code at the entrance. A tour shows the place as it was on the shoot day, so keep your listing details up to date.

Question 24

How much does a tour cost for a guesthouse or holiday rental?

Accepted Answer

The Listing package for a guesthouse or holiday rental of ⁦61–100⁩ m² is ⁨€170⁩. Smaller and larger units are priced by size, and the calculator shows the exact figure for your unit. You pay after the tour is delivered.
